What an appointment looks like
No queue, no rota of therapists, no upsell at the door. The room is prepared before you arrive and the door stays shut until you leave.
The room is already warm and made up. Leave your coat, sit down, and take as long as you need before anything starts.

Between thirty minutes and an hour and a half, depending on what you booked. You are told what is happening as it happens, or left in peace – your choice.
What to do for the next few days, what to avoid, and an honest answer on whether you need to come back at all.
Treatments
Durations are the ones the treatment actually takes. Prices are confirmed when you book, so you are never quoted one figure and charged another.
Lashes are done with Nouveau Lashes LVL. Skin treatments use Dermalogica, which is the range stocked in the room.

The room
Glow Wellness Spa is one treatment room on Longstone Avenue, between Church End and Roundwood. There is no waiting area full of people and no music through a wall, because there is only one appointment happening at a time.
